How do I apply for representation?

RGM Artists only accepts requests for representation by industry referral*. The industry figure who has referred you to RGM must write to us on your behalf. If you have been referred to RGM, please email us and indicate in the subject line the area in which you are seeking representation (e.g. Acting, Literary, Presenters).

Please follow the submission guidelines below and also supply the details of the person who has referred you in your email.

* An industry referral includes Producers, Casting Agents, Network executives, Screen Australia executives, film school, drama school or other relevant course tutors, actors, writers, directors or other industry professionals.

Please note

• We do not accept submission enquiries over the telephone.
• We can no longer accept submissions by post.
• We have a 5MB limit on submissions by email.
• We are unable to offer any feedback on materials received.
• For submissions that have properly followed our guidelines, we will endeavour to provide a reply within four to six weeks however, if you have not heard from us within that time, your application has been unsuccessful.
• Any materials that are submitted to RGM Artists will not be returned. Please do not submit the original or your only copy of any materials.
• RGM Artists cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any items. Any materials submitted are done so at your own risk.
• Any unsolicited applications for representation without a referral will not receive a response and all materials will be deleted or respectfully recycled.

Entertainment

Please note that any applications that do not contain all the necessary materials will not be considered or responded to.

Can I apply for Voice Over representation only?

No, RGM Voices only represents those Artists who are currently represented by another area of the agency.

Any unsolicited applications for representation will not receive a response.

Please note that any materials submitted to RGM Voices will not be returned and all materials will be deleted or respectfully recycled.

Please do not submit your original or only copy of any materials.

Can I seek representation across various departments?

Yes, please indicate in your email subject line which areas of representation you are seeking.

Can I seek representation in one department only?

Yes, with the exception of Voice Over artists.
