Clementine Ford is a best selling writer, podcaster and performer based in Melbourne. In 2017, she received the Matt Richell Best New Writer award at the Australian Book Industry Awards after the publication of her debut work of non-fiction, “Fight Like A Girl”. She is the host of the popular advice podcast, “Dear Clementine”, which is presented on the Nova Podcast network. In 2022, she embarked on a national sell out tour of her show “Love Sermon”, based on her 2021 memoir, “How We Love”. Writing for Women’s Agenda, the reviewer Jessie Tu called it “the single greatest show about love” and said Clementine was “the preacher every woman needed to hear”. An accomplished singer and actor, Clementine’s continues to surprise and delight audiences across the country. Her forthcoming book, “I Don’t: A Case Against Marriage” will be published by Allen & Unwin in October 2023. She lives with her son, one of her oldest friends and two rescue cats in a house where she still hasn’t figure out how to use the air conditioning.
